Welcome to the challenge ... I think ... So I actually managed to get to the advanced screening of Welcome to the punch tonight. Unfortunately, none of my friends on Facebook 150ish London can accompany me free advanced movie and shows, first, I must admit I was very disappointed. But now, I wonder if they know something that I did! Eran Krivi, screenwriter and director clearly sets the stage with a opening sequence that plays in the bright, glass-coated steel London and Canary Wharf. This leads us now. We met almost immediately invested in both the main character (James McAvoy as Max Lewinsky, which led police detective had to hope) and antagonist (Stern Mark Strong plays naughty bad boy, Jacob Sternvuda), ready to tell us more about these two characters and reasons actions.Borrowing heavily on Flash audiovisual Nolans Bat films such as The Dark Knight, have been led to believe that a stylish cat-and-mouse thriller / crime caper style warmth awaits us . Honestly, I found myself wondering if it can really be a hot British after the first 10 minutes or so. Unfortunately, about 15 minutes my first flu hit me in the face (performance McAvoys no less!) Was followed by the second and third, and continued to do so until the end, finally, there came with a twist that was visible a mile and intricate plot, which was to be attributed to exposure of about 10 minutes before the movie ended! The relationship between the characters felt shallow and under-developed, making it almost impossible sympathy, and finally left me a little tired of it all. None of the questions that the film raises in our minds as we progress through their stories did not answer, and I was feeling cheated all the time. The public needs to know why certain things happen, of course;? Sternwoods Lewinsky treatment and vice versa, for example. So why not tell us? The cast deliver strong performances of the material that they have a bar McAvoy, surprisingly, that gave many clichés D reactions caricature our heróie made us less sympathetic to your plight.For all movies it has good points and its bad, ultimately the only bad beat well. No attachment (as conveniently located instruments, bad aim, etc) and a wannabe Bourne esque plot, along with a serious shortage of fun vilãoa be manufactured (because, technically, it was not a bad guy) made the film much poorer than rightly deserved. Because, technically, standing, the film looks and sounds great. And the story still feels exciting and I want to know more. But on a serious lack of character development and exploitation of its (implicit) film history back was lying on his weapon penetrated so after 99 minutes of its runtime . Sadly another missed opportunity for travel cinema.Unless British, it was designed as Infernal Affairs and Style prequel / sequel to the film fills all the gaps?
