Of course, this movie was a lot of hype, andthe film live up to all .... blah blah. Even taking into account that this movie is kind of a disappointment. This film proves that not only did special FX Star Wars fun to watch. It was as if George Lucas was so pleased with what it can do for CGI effects to have forgotten what made the original trilogy so great that the writing andthe characters. Not a bad movie, but the problems are many-many. forgive this film for its lackluster as it is said to be only the first of a trilogy, and it just made an , and the track of everything. WRONG WRONG WRONG, this movie had its first film than the other three films. The need for good characters and an interesting little story .... The didnt., the conflict in this story is a trade dispute, andthe fate of the planet Naboo. Did anyone really worry about it? The details of the discussion is somewhat vague, and that turned out to not really generate enough interest for us to root for a particular site. The main conflict Darth Sideous growth and far far tartjáka background. We dont know why Jedi Darth Maul hates so much .... he just does it. Perhaps he wanted to be Darth Maul little Lucas as Boba Fett (quiet and mysterious.) It worked Boba Fett, because he's just a supporting character, not one of the main villain. This film really is no clear villain. I wish someone would have the courage and just said that the basic story of Luke lousy. one looks especially happy in this movie. Qui-Gon is really the only character can be, and yet he is more reticent. The Queen Related works as a fashion model in many of her scenes (and it looks like a command.) Obi-Wan Kenobi in vain traveling around the EGE No film, and never says anything interesting. The characters do not seem to talk about anything other than the plot (unlike the first film). C-3PO and R2-D2 was pretty pointless. The Jedi Council would come through extremely hot and buracratic. And I will never understand why Annakin primary school children have been in this movie. He was a teenager. The scenes of the queen was embarrassing. Jar Jar.Various not going to talk about other things ... The midochlorians thing seems to be just tacked on. The humor falls flat, unless you have a very small child. Annakin destroy the merchant ship at the end and everyone safves, really by accident! George Lucas and ILM seem to be very happy with the new CGI toys that you spent 95% of time perfecting them. Frankly, I thought the FX Return of the Jedi was sharper and less cartoonish size. Nothing seems to be going on here unforgettable. This movie would not have been as good as the hype, but it easily could have been much better than this. I waited so long for the film, but the first time I saw this movie I was really bored in the middle it.There good moments. The pod race was as good as the lightsaber battle at the end. There are some very nice special effects everywhere. Hopefully Lucas just had writers block when he wrote this. Perhaps you will remember what happened to the other films Episode II time. Although it seems that we now address patched.
