Hellboy, Guillermo Del Toro loves created panel of the artist / creator Mike Mignolas cartoon stories and bringing them to vibrant life, new standards for adaptations that respect their source material. Sin City, however, co-director Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller did more than just a true noir chiaroscuro Millers brutal post-modern art, capturing the essence and aesthetics theyve Basin City (as a character as Marv or Hartigan) and bring the natural universe and characters to life a stunning three dimensions. And unlike Hellboy, a weak, confusing script suffered, Sin City sketch a Pulp Fiction-esque story snake through the streets and dark alleys inclined left metropolis such short dream.In fever, Sin City delivers blistering bullet ballet and blood, ladies and danger at every turn. His kinetic works of pop culture for the new millennium (and the case can be made that it is a CGI film created). As a fan of Frank Miller for over 25 years, I know the work and I know Sin City? Sin City will knock your socks off if you're a fan or a newcomer in the dark pleasure evil imagination and brutal style. Exceeded my expectations on all levels, this film ranks as one of the most enjoyable theater experience Ive in years.Everything continued work here. Of Rodriguezs cinematography and editing, smooth (no mean feat when you consider Robert co-directed by Miller and Quentin Tarantino to the mix as a special guest director), the spot-on casting. The script gives Bruce Willis, Mickey Rourke, Clive Owen and Benicio Del Toro are plenty of opportunities to chew the scenery? and they, especially Rourke, who, despite having his mug buried under a thick layer of rubber terrible, delivers one of the best performances of his career and stole the show as Marv, a giant thug with a broken heart . The women hold their own as well. Jessica Alba, Rosario Dawson, Brittany Murphy and Jaime King are all great in their roles, especially Dawson as a machine gun-wielding dominatrix / hooker godmother Gail. And fame Elijah Wood (proof that there is life after the hobbits) and Nick Stahl that deliver different performance as a despicable villain, Kevin ultra-creepy and disgusting bastard Yellow, respectively.Sin City is smart, stylish, sexy and sick. Violent and funny. Definitely not a film for kids, but for those of us who enjoy our movies rated R started head and intestines as mule.Heres hope this film Sin City mint, because there are 10,000 stories in the naked (sin city) and it's only a few of them. Im been praying for sequel.A picturesque ten for this filmmaker.
