Review:
Of course, this movie had a lot of hype and what film can live up to all this .... blah blah blah. Even taking into account that this movie is a bit '. This film shows that it is not just special FX that made Star Wars fun to watch. It was as if George Lucas was so excited about what he could do with CGI effects, he forgot what made the original trilogy so great, it's writing and characters. Its not a bad movie, but the problems are many.-Many people have forgiven this movie to be lackluster as they say It's just the first of another trilogy and it is just setting everything to follow. Bad bad bad, this film needed to be first and foremost a movie just like the other three movies were. E 'need to have good characters and very interesting story .... is didnt.-conflict in this story revolves around the trade dispute and the fate of the planet Naboo. It was really no one cares about? The details of the dispute are somewhat vague, and what is revealed is not generating enough interest for us to root for a team. The great conflict over Darth Sideous and its growth is kept far in the background. We do not even know why Jedi Darth Maul hates so much .... it just does. Maybe Lucas wanted Darth Maul to be a bit "as boba Fett (silent and mysterious). He worked with boba Fett, because he was only supporting character not the main villain. This movie really has no clear villain. I wish someone would have the courage and self Lucas said his main story was lousy.-No one seems particularly happy in this film. Qui-Gon is really the only character that can be tied and he is quite a distance. The Queen acts as dummy largely his scenes (and looks like one). Obi-Wan Kenobi is haunting the entire film without any results and never say anything interesting. The characters never seem to talk about something besides plot (unlike the first film). C3PO and R2-D2 are pretty useless. The Jedi Council is represented as extremely cold and buracratic. I will never understand why they wrote Annakin as a student in this film. It should be a teenager. His scenes with the Queen were uncomfortable. They were not even going to discuss Jar Jar.Various other things ... What midochlorians seems just tacked on. The humor falls flat unless you have a very young child. Annakin destroys the ship and trade safves end all, fundamentally in error! MPM and George Lucas seems to be so happy with their new toys CGI that they spend 95% of their time on their improvement. Honestly I thought the FX Return Jedi were sharper, more three-dimensional and less cartoony. None of this seems to be happening here memorable. This film may not be as good as the hype, but it could easily be much better than this. I've waited so long for this movie, but the first time I saw this film in reality I was bored in the middle of it.There are good moments. Pod race was fun, as was the light saber battle at the end. There are some very nice special effects. Hopefully Lucas just had writer's block when he wrote this. Perhaps you remember what made other movies, well in time for Episode II. Although it seems messed title already.
